08.09.2017 Murder of Master Pradhyumn in Ryan International School, Bhondsi, Gurugram at 08:05 AM.   
FIR registered on the preliminary complaint given by the father , Shri Barun Chandra Thakur registered u/s 302 of IPC, section 75 of Juvenile Justice Act and also under the Arms Act and POCSO. FIR No.250/2017 registered at P.S. Bhondsi dated 8.09.2017 
Arrest of Ashok Kumar (conductor), Francis Thomas (Regional Head, North Zone) and Jayesh Thomas (HR Head) by Local Police.  
09.09.2017 Constitution of SIT by Haryana Police Investigation started by local Police
10.09.2017 CBSE constituted Special Investigation Team. Both SITs submitted the reports to the respective authoritiyes concluding that  anomalies in the school premise, fragrant voilation of the regulations, Poor CCTV suvilance, breaching theFire & Safety norms  and no renewal of fire safety equipments.  
The toilets were used by outsiders also and in one toilet a tyre was kept, the window inside the toilet was broken and there was no grill and also there was no staff deputed near the washroom, no police verification of the employees of school drivers and conductors, the building of the school is illegally being constructed without obtaining clearance from the concerned authorities, no separate toilet for the fourth grade staff etc.   
CBSE report stated in very categorical terms that Ryan School and its management was responsible for boy’s death  
11.09.2017 Augustine Francis Pinto, Grace Pinto and Ryan Pinto, the top management executives of Ryan International School approaches to the High Court of Judicature at Bombay vide Anticipatory Bail Application No.1599/2017 for grant of transit anticipatory bail. Appeal rejected by Hon'ble High Court
12.09.2017 The Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay grants an interim stay from arrest and the matter was posted for 13.09.2017.  Order dated 12.09.2017 passed by Hon’ble High Court of Bombay in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1599/2017 
13.09.2017 Intervention application filed before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay opposing the transit anticipatory bail to Pintos.  Matter was adjourned for completion of service for 14.09.2017 and ad-interim relief continued till the next date.
14.09.2017 The High Court of Judicature at Bombay dismissed the Anticipatory Bail Applications No.1599/2017 and 1608/2017 filed by Pintos.
The reasoned detailed order was also passed subsequently on the same day. 
15.09.2017 CM, Haryana announced to recommend a CBI enquiry in the present case.  
One of the accused,Francis Thomas approached  Hon’ble Court for transfer of the case from State of Haryana to State of Delhi vide Writ Petition (Crl) No.139/2017.  Matter listed on 18.09.2017 & ordered that none of the members of the Bar Association shall create any kind of hindrance or obstruction for the smooth hearing of the case and the petitioner can himself be represented through a counsel of his choice before the concerned court. 
16.09.2017 Augustine Francis Pinto, Grace Pinto and Ryan Pinto, the top management executives of Ryan International School approaches to the High Court of Judicature for the States of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh vide CRM M No.35002/2017 and 35003/2017 for grant of anticipatory bail. This petition is filed directly before the High Court ignoring the filing of the same before the Court of Sessions.
 
18.09.2017 Order on Writ Petition (Crl) No.139/2017 seeking transfer of case from State of Haryana to State of Delhi was decided to carry out the proceedings in Haryana itself.  
DC-Gurgaon took over the charge of school for 03 months & decided to open the school for one day without CBI formally visiting the school and the scene of crime on which the Sh. Barun Thakur  sent a protest application along with a legal notice based on which the school was announced to remain closed subsequently in the evening.
19.09.2017 CRM-M No.35002/2017 and CRM M No.35003/2017 came up for hearing before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature for the States of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh on the anticipatroy bail to Pintos Sh. Barun Thakur represented himself through his counsel for intervention and opposition of the anticipatory bail.
20.09.2017 CRM-M No.35002/2017 and CRM M No.35003/2017 came up for hearing before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature for the States of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh and the matter was directed to be posted on 25.09.2017 while notice was issued in the matter.   
22.09.2017 CBI Enquiry : The Central Government on the basis of recommendation of the State Government, finally notified and assigned the investigation to the CBI which immediately swung into action on the same day, after a period of 07 days from the date of recommendation.  CBI Enquiry started
25.09.2017 Hearing Again CRM-M No.35002/2017 and CRM M No.35003/2017 came up for hearing before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature for the States of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh   
28.09.2017 Stay on the arrest of Pintos till 07.10.2017  Bbasis : CBI does not want to argue the case on merit but wants to address arguments on interim relief and it will be appropriate that the petitions be heard on merit instead of hearing the part arguments which will touch merit of the case. This logic and observation is absolutely unwarranted and untenable.
